3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

As part of the verification process, we may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory prior to withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.

• Placing bets on match-fixing or any event where the outcome has been predetermined.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Betting on behalf of another person or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized means.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's odds or systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Hibajee Club reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• Detection of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• When required by order of a court, government authority, or regulatory body.

9Responsible Gaming
